OVERVIEW
The new DEUTZ-FAHR 6W Profi range, Stage III A, includes 4 models with 6-cylinder Deutz engines from 130 to 180 hp. Entirely designed in Italy specifically for the export markets, they’re characterised by efficient, synchronised transmission and a choice of model – either with a cab or with a 4-pillar safety frame with a handy sunroof. The new 6W Profi range includes versatile, productive machines that not only guarantee the necessary power level for carrying out the work, but also ensure optimum productivity and reduced consumption.
TECHNOLOGIES
AS SIMPLE AS IT IS EFFICIENT AND ROBUST
The Deutz-Fahr 613W features the robust and efficient 6W Profi transmission, offering versatile gear configurations for optimal ground speed adjustment. With 4 synchronized gears and 3 ranges, totaling 12 gears in each direction, it can be supplemented with creeper or supercreeper gears for up to 16 forward gears, expandable to 24 with a splitter. Enhanced traction is ensured through electrohydraulic engagement for front-wheel drive and rear differential locking, which can be automatically managed. Additionally, the front differential includes automatic skid limiter (45%) and optional 100% locking for improved maneuverability, supported by a highly tapered front axle design.
POWERFUL, MODULAR AND HIGHLY CONFIGURABLE
The 6W Profi range guarantees the utmost versatility because the hydraulic system has a modular design and offers various configurations to meet every specific need. Made with “premium” components, as standard it has one pump (43 l/min) solely for the power steering and auxiliary circuits, plus a second pump (fixed flow rate – 94 l/min) for the main hydraulic circuit. If required, the latter can be combined with another pump (37 l/min) to provide a total of 131 l/min.
With just the 94 l/min pump fitted, there is a pair of mechanically controlled double-acting distributors (for a total of 4 couplers), that can be increased to three (6 couplers). Otherwise (if the tandem pump is also installed), 6 couplers is the standard but this can be increased to 8 upon request.
With the standard version, the rear handler already ensures a notable lifting capacity of 6850kg close to the quick hitch couplers, but external hydraulic cylinders can also be added to reach a total of 8600kg. In any case, the handler works with extreme precision in strain control mode, thanks to the renowned reliability of the mechanical controls purposely designed by SDF Group.
TOP EFFICIENCY AND RELIABILITY IN EVERY SITUATION
The versatility of the new 6W Profi range is further enhanced by the availability of 2 PTO combinations: either the classic pairing of 540 and 1000 rpm, or 540ECO + 1000 rpm. In both cases, with electrohydraulic engagement as standard. To facilitate any maintenance work, the new clutch for PTO has been positioned in an easily accessible area near the splined stub shaft.
A COMPLETE PACKAGE
A complete package of ballast is available, to increase the mass to 990kg by effectively balancing the tractor-operator unit and avoiding a reduction in the steering angle or an increase in the longitudinal dimensions of the vehicle. The rear axle contains a robust braking system with multiple oil-bath disks, engaged by simply pressing the brake pedals thanks to automatic dual traction coupling.
A HIGHER CLASS OF ERGONOMICS AND COMFORT
The Deutz-Fahr 613W offers a comfortable driving experience with its closed cab or 4-pillar frame versions, featuring excellent ergonomics and visibility. Access is convenient and safe, facilitated by a steel ladder, while the standard mechanical suspension seat and tilt-adjustable steering column enhance comfort. Optional features include a foldaway passenger seat and standard air-conditioning with adjustable ventilation points. The cab’s air filters are strategically positioned for easy cleaning and efficient air circulation, ensuring a pleasant and clean environment without unnecessary energy consumption.
