The horizontal chopper is located in the rear center section of the row unit and produces an uniformly stubble even in varying row spacings or when the combine is driven at an angle to the plant rows. The system is suitable for all crops even when infested with weeds or grass, and handles mature, tough plants with ease.

Residue Management

Excellent straw spreading quality. Eliminates the need for stover post-processing to enable subsequent tillage operations. Short and uniform stubble.

Intake

• The snapping rolls enclosed, twin from bearings provide high levels of safety at the intake.
• Carbide auger flights are hardened scrapers ensure a long service life and superior reliability.

Stalk Roller

• The replaceable carbide knives feature a long-life soaring.
• Additional counter-edges minimise the presence of straw in the threshing system, enabling greater levels of productivity and higher ground speeds.

Scrapers

• Additional scrapers prevent the row unit from wrapping in difficult conditions.

• The spline shaft transmitting the drive from the gearbox to the rotors provides an easy-use push-pull connection.
